Here we go! As the title says, this was meant to be a deck that could start spreading fast but be flexible enough to work through the opponent's setup. No, this isn't a Gallade 4 Lv.X deck.

Starting with the Pokemon. The "main" spreaders are Empoleon, Lanturn, and sometimes Manectric. Each of them can spread for relatively low energy costs, which makes up the speed factor in the deck. Empoleonn is a general "hit what you want" guy, while Lanturn is used against those decks that swarm or set up a lot of Pokemon and pile energies on each one of them. While Manectric can spread, it's more of an afterthought in this deck. The only Poke Power heavy deck (in the MD-on format in which this deck was made) would be Legos, which gets rid of all their Pixies anyways. It's more of a tech to protect the bench and a backup hitter than anything else. Raichu GL and Gallade 4 Lv.X are here to clean up the chaos that the others make with their attacks.

Gallade 4 LV.59 - Psychic - HP80
Basic Pokemon (SP)

[P][C] Chop Up: 20 damage. This attack also does 10 damage to each of your opponent’s Benched Pokemon that already has any damage counters on it.
[P][C][C] Feint: 50 damage. Ignore Resistance on the Defending Pokemon when doing damage.

Weakness: Psychic (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Gallade 4 LV.X - Psychic - HP100
Level-Up (SP)

Poke-Power: Blade Storm
You can use this Power once during your turn, when you play this card from your hand to Level Up a Pokemon. Place 1 damage counter on each of your opponent’s Pokemon.

[P][C][C] Target Slash: Does 40 damage plus 10 damage for each damage counter on the Defending Pokemon.

Weakness: Psychic (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Raichu GL LV.46 - Lightning - HP80
Basic Pokemon (SP)

[C] Thunder Surge: Does 10 damage to 2 of your opponent’s Benched Pokemon.
[L][C] Lightning Chain: Does 30 damage plus an additional 10 damage times the number of your opponent’s Benched Pokemon with any damage counters on them.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: Steel (-20)
Retreat: 0

The trainer line, I'm really off on. All the staples are there, and Rare Candy & BTS are there for extra speed. Energy Gain is mostly for Gallade 4 Lv.X and Raichu GL, somewhat adding to speed. I've been working with SP and Donk decks for most of the time since I got back into the game, and I don't really know how to make a good trainer line outside those two decks. I really need some help there.

Volkner’s Philosophy
Supporter

Draw cards from your deck until you have 6 cards in your hand. Before drawing cards, you may discard 1 card from your hand. (If you can’t draw cards from your deck, this card can’t be played.)

You can only use a Supporter once during your turn. To use it, put it into play next to your Active Pokemon and discard it at the end of your turn.

For energies, 2 Multi is backup. Most of the "main" hitters use Lightening Energy, so that makes up the majority of the energy count. Psychic is for Gallade and Water is "just in case" for Empoleon.

Remember, this is an MD-on format. This is the first, very Very VERY rough draft of my deck. I don't mind changing whole Pokemon lines around, or swapping out all the trainers. Thanks in advance.

I like the idea you could have somthing with it. I havent looked into whats goign to be good in the next format but this is a start nice job
