Surprise! Time Machine Question.

I'm playing Sceptile ex, I use Slashing Strike. Next turn I play Surprise! Time Machine, to remove Sceptile ex and to put it back.

Can I or can't I use Slashing Strike again?

Yes, you could. Evolving (and de-evolving) remove those kinds of effects.

Q. When you use "Surprise! Time Machine" on one of your evolved pokemon, does all of effects of attacks from attacking Pokemon and Special Conditions go away?
A. Yep, it counts as evolving your Pokemon so the Special Conditions and such go away. (Nov 4, 2004 PUI Rules Team)
