i have blaziken in play (evolved through combuscan) i play Surprise TM. shuffle Blaziken in deck and b/c i have the only Blaziken ex in hand, i decided to not find any evolution

i think i can do that

than i reshuffle my deck and proceed with my play.
Can i evolve Combuscan to Blaziken ex ?
i do not think so ( i remember there was rule that pokemon can not be devolved and than evolved in same turn)

i am right?

No, if you use Surprise Time Machine, you MUST take an evolution card out of your deck and put it onto your Pokemon, even if it's the same one you put into your deck. You CANNOT leave that Pokemon unevolved in the scenario you're describing.
