I was suspended from TCGO, my friend was playing when I wasn't looking and was trying to curse people out in the chat. Does anyone know how long this will last, or if I can get it taken off? Also I really can't make a new account as I have over 10,000 cards.

edit: Now it says I have been banned forever, I put so much money into TCGO and it honestly wasn't me. Can I take this up with someone?

You can use the support feature and contact Customer Service through the Pokemon.com site.

Other than that, not much can be done.
 
I think you're just going to have to wait it out. Unfortunately, support responses can be painfully slow in coming.

This is a weekend so there is probably no one there. Doubt an admin from here can do anything about what happened on PTCGO.

You are responsible for what is typed on your account. How are they to know if it was you or your friend?

You have to understand, the PokeGym has nothing to do with the Official Pokemon site(s). While there are some members of the Pokemon site that come here and respond to posts, this is not the area to contact them, nor have they in the past been willing to discuss any punishments given out within the system.

The answer you would get from them is the same that I gave you, contact Customer Service and wait for a response from them through those channels.

Posting about it here, will only get you suggestions of what to do and how to contact them, as this thread has show.

Other than that, posting on the Gym will not accomplish anything or get you any answers.
