What list? Its up there oh and as for strategy (clears throat):

Start with Jirachi to begin setting up Magcargos and Swamperts along with Holon Mentor. Using Swampert and Marcargo's poke-powers you would be able to get the cards you need fast just like a Ludicargo.

Well, its good when going up against a fast ex deck (basics or stage 1's BanDoom, Destiny, etc.) for an easy 50 plus special condition.
