Swampert/Azumarill deck help

I'm getting back ito poke'mon, and my brother helped me build this deck.

3 Marill (free retreat)
3 Azumarill ( max bubbles)
4 Dunsparce
2 Suicune EX

Trainers: 20
2 Stevens
2 PKMN retriver
2 HPS
2 CC
3 POR
2 RC
3 VS seeker
1 Surprise Time Machine
3 TA conspirator

Energy: 19
16 Water
3 DRE

Strategy:
Get out the Swamperts fast and power up Suicune and Azumarill with Water Call. Use Surprise! Time machine to pull out Swampert EX when least expected.
