I kinda just winged it for this one...
Pokemon 16
4 Eevee UF
4 Flareon ex
4 Spinarak UF
4 Ariados UF
Energy 16
9 Fire Energy
7 Grass Energy
Trainers 28
4 Prof. Elm's Training Method
4 Mary's Request
4 Battle Frontier
3 Great Ball
3 Swoop! Teleporter
3 Copycat
3 Steven's Advice
2 Rocket's Admin
2 Pokemon Retriever
Uhh, pretty simple strategy (gotta make it quick too, 2 essays due tomorrow ;x). So, you play Flareon to double special condition the opponent and then attack for 70 with Ariados. For only one energy none the less! Ariados's attacks are pretty damn good too, a Gust of Wind is awesome. Flareon ex's attacks are decent too: 70 for 3 is always nice, so you can swarm pretty well.
I didn't add any TecH whatsoever as I didn't have time to think of it. ;/ It's just straight consistency, which isn't a bad thing either. I was thinking of adding Super Scoop Up, but 4 spaces is too many for a flippy card like that.
I'm out!

Pokemon (18)
3 Eevee (UF)
3 Flareon ex (DS)
3 Poliwag (FRLG)
2 Poliwhirl (FRLG)
3 Poliwrath (FRLG)
4 Plusle (DX)
Trainers (29)
4 Professor Elm's Traning Method
4 Energy Removal 2
4 Pokemon Reversal
4 Super Scoop Up
3 Battle Frontier

Energy (13)
5 Water Energy
4 Multi Energy
3 Fire Energy
1 Scramble Energy
Strategy:
Flareon ex is a beast of a card. However, LudiCargo is arguably the most played and best deck right now. To counter this, you need to have some sort of control over it. Using Poliwrath, you can have their Ludicolo active, trap it with Confusion and Poison, and start whalloping it. Also, you can use Super Scoop Up to keep trapping over and over again. Energy Removal 2 and Pokemon Reversal keeps your opponent on a tight chain that allows them to do hardly anything. Also, Multi Energy allows you to use Plusle's attack to take out Benched Magcargo's when need be. You can also use Multi to power your other Pokemon. Scramble is for Poliwrath in bad situations. Flareon ex and Poliwrath also will work well against other decks. Ludicargo is just the thing to most definetly worry about.
Thanks for the competition! Best of luck to Magnechu as well!
