Swift vs Metal Energy and CFF if full bench.Very urgent.

First i would like to know does Metal energy affect normaly if attacked by Swift.
Example is opponents Flygon d uses swift 60 to my active scizor ex which has 2 metal energies.
Total damage is 60 or 40?

Then another thing. Can i use Call For Family attack if my becnh is allready full? Reason can be, that i want just shuffle my deck? Same thing about Great Ball.

Swift: 60.
Metal Eergy counts as one of those "or any other effects on the Defending Pokemon".

Call for Family: No, you can't use Call for Family. Great Ball, same thing.
There's a related ruling for Dunsparce's Strike and Run
Q. If you have a full bench can you "Strike and Run" for 0 basics, shuffle your deck, then switch with a benched Pokémon?
A. No. You must be able to have room on your bench in order to do any part of the "Strike and Run" attack. (Sep 9, 2004 PUI Rules Team)
