The main attacker of the deck is Lugia, However Mew is there for the purpose of back up seeing as Mew EX can use the attacks of any other pokemon in play. Snorlax helps stall if the need should arise and Crobat can inflict serious problems by poisoning but also provides support by allowing me to draw. Mime is to guard bench, and Sigilyph to also help stall if need be.

That should be the best way to go about it. Thunderus gets energy back to your pokemon, Deoxys powers up Plasma pokemon, and Snorlax/Lugia for the finish. Delphox to draw up to 6, I know he's not plasma but he's better to draw with. You also needed more supporters because it would seem your hand would be dry ALOT. Lastly, Keldeo EX to get out of status.
