The main idea is to fuel a Manectric EX fast to start the bench destruction. Manectric is in there for early picking off of basics as well as mid game Lightning Crushes! Team Aqua's minions are in there to aid in the onslaught. Cameupt is added there to facilitate the use of extra energy type in order to discard the minimum lightning energies; it also fits the theme well by damaging 2 of opponent's pokemon by 30. Might want to add in a couple of ATM Rock in order to further make use of this bench destructing theme. The various draw engines are used to get the needed cards out fast.

I think with camerupt, TVR is fine if you discard energy.

Your Ancient Tomb does almost nothing in this deck. It doesn't protect exs or Pokemon with owners like TEAM AQUA in their name. All it's doing is getting rid of Camerupt's water weakness, and nobody plays water anymore. =/

Try to fit in a better gym.
