usually, when making a Team Aqua deck, most people tend to play Archie instead of the basic form of a speific evolution...

If you took out spheal, it would make the middle stage kinda useless don't you think? Also, I think it is very slow. You rely on two stage 2's as your attackers. I would take out the swampert and add in some kyogre and maybe even manectric.

I'd say drop the Oracles for 2x Fisherman, cause with T.V. Reporter discard an Energy to get it back with it. Using Swampert will get them back on the right Pokemon. You can also add some Warp Points to your deck to mess with your Opponent and get out the right Pokemon to use Water Call on. Hope that helps
