This is a rules question that came up at the Deoxy's Pre-release.
Opponent has Taillow as the active Pokemon and uses "Fly" and flips heads (Flip a coin. If tails this attack does nothing. If heads, prevent all effects of of an attack, including damage done to Taillow during your opponents next turn).
I have Rayquaza as my active and it already has an Electric and a Fire energy attached. Does my Poke-body "Dragon Aura" prevent Fly from taking place (As long as Rayquaza has any basic "Fire" Energy cards and any basic "Electric" Energy cards attached to it, prevent all effects, except damage, by an opponents attack done to Rayquaza)? Am I allowed to attack using my "Tumbling Attack" as Dragon Aura prevents the "effect" of Fly or does "Fly" stop "Tumbling Attack".\
Thanks

Good question. As you can see from the text you quoted, the effect of a successful Fly references 1) Taillow and 2) your opponents next turn. That is where the effect of Fly is done, then, not on the defending Pokémon (Rayquaza). So, Fly, if successful, effectively stops the next turns attack.
