This deck is mostly based on drawing 4 prices in one turn, but this deck have some interesting twists.

I will only explain the cards that isn´t owerplayed or need an explanation.

someone will ask: bagon SW and no memory berry? I just won´t give the information to my opponent that rage isn´t a danger.

Starmie LA. 80 hp free retreat cost and the attack core flash that does 50 damage to a pokemon with poke body or poke body, which is a good way to ready a claydol uxie to get KO by shoot through.

Dialga kinda like night and make top acceleration more usefull.

Plausible Tech

Memory berry
...

No kingdra and pure salemance line with 3-1-3-1 there on of the 3 salemance is from SF.

1-1 exploud to remove weakness

Crobat g Luxray g lv x and poketurn to more bench control(reversal and kingdra will be removed)

Ambipom and more DC to kill garchomp g.

Uxie lv x 60 on one energy
 
should run atleast 2 or 3 warp points... or Cyclone and Warp Energys since you have poke reversals i'd lean toward 2 Warp enerny to help you just incase, if not then 1 cyclone and 1 warp ponit/energy. running two stage 2's you can run into snags and mayb need to send up someone else to take a hit for a round or 2, or get their attacker to the bench and slow them down.
