Yea the strategy is classical Tank Terrakion where you use Potions to heal or Super Scoop Up as soon as you have another Terrakion built up and then you use the attack to put the energies back on. Often I find I don't have enough energy ready quick enough. I wonder if I should add Garbodor to slow other decks down or if that would wreck this deck completely.

I have been testing this deck alot. And I recommend building consistency because you cannot afford bad plays.

4 SSU is good, I would go 4 Swtiches as well, so they cannot just catcher around your strategy. PLUS, assisting a Terrakion EX start you almost are required to have to win.

10 fighting will be enough, with SSU this energy will recycle.

4 Eviolite, tank, yes?

14 support line, very important to not draw dead late game.

2 Tool scrappers, MUST be able to one shot Darkrais, or speed darkrai will run you over

No super rod, ya don't need it if your scoopin heavy.

Very good deck here, very consistent! Be prepared for alot of close matches And don't lump this deck in with garbador, they aren't the same. Hardest match up is Ho-oh honestly, which I don't see to many of so keep rocking this deck until people know to fear it!

Pluspower over scrapper in here, in my opinion. Pluspower helps KO Darkrais in just the same way as tool scrapper (granted, at a one-for-one, instead of the possible one-for-two), but it also helps you in other matchups, and Scrapper's other primary use would be in Garbodor, which this deck has no problem against.

I'll have to disagree with that. Plus power is very situational, you have to have it in your hand the turn you attack. It could be hard to find when needed. Tool Scrapper it not JUST a Garbador counter in any way. When you can scrap something ya do it, no specific turn necessary as with plus power. The draw power is not in this deck for such strategies.

Hmm I like this deck a lot and have been play testing something similar but I would have to suggest dropping both the Pokemon communication. They aren't needed with the Heavy balls and Ultra ball's they should be sufficient . I would suggest adding in another Pokemon Catcher and a Energy Retrieval late game (or after multiple Juniper energy discards) playing this works wonders with Terrakion EX's second attack. Or just add in PlusPower, Juniper, Or another Bianca. To bad there isn't enough room to fit in Crushing Hammer's though.

Unless I'm very much mistaken about the build, the loss of Junk Arm and the addition of Tool Scrapper will make Speed Darkrai a lot less speedy. Just sayin'.

Yea I often find that I don't even use the Pokemon Communication. It tends to be dead draws. And 14 support line? Do people play both Cheren and Bianca for that? So far

-2 Pokemon Communication
+1 Tool Scrapper
+1 Switch

I would like more Eviolite though I am quite unsure how to do this and energy retrieval sounds good. Perhaps Ill take out the Super Rod for that as I just use it on energies anyways.

Yeah, try it out and let me know how it works for you!:thumb:

Just trolling me or do you have a point to my advice being helpful or not?

Otherwise, bugger off...

I know I'm quoting my own post, for a good reason. I just went 6-0 at a local BR with these suggestions. I recommend giving it a try.

Zachior, I did go with the changes and for the most part, it worked except for the Shaymin tech in Darkrai decks but thats what Mewtwo is for. And the energy reduction was fine in the end. The only real threat in the end was the Rayquaza which isn't really a threat because I added another Catcher.

Yeah I saw a few of these, and played against two at the tournament. It's a scary match-up but this decks consistency will pull through in the end and that's what makes it so good.

Revisting the topic: First battleroads 6-0, second BR 4-1 lost against Zekeels

Zekeels is a serious problem here folks, what are we going to do about this! I need help because if Zekeels goes first it's about a 70-30 win chance for them, if we go first, it's just a regular 50-50 imo.

I've been sensing consistency issues as I test this, but I still win pretty often. Help me poke holes so we can patch this up. Zekeels is a very hard deck matchup and needs to atleast be brought into a 50-50 matchup under any condition.

Try changing these:

-1 SSU
-1 Plus Power
-1 Evolite

+2 Random Receiver
+1 Heavy Ball

I agree with the addition of 2 RRs.
I also think its acceptable to have a 50/50-slightly unfavorable matchup to at least one of the teir 1 decks.
