Terrakion with Reuniclus

Terrakion (NVI) is my active pokemon and I have Reuniclus (BLW) and Pichu on my bench. I move 3 damage counters off of Terrakion onto Pichu. Pichu is knocked out and my opponent gets a prize. I decide to use 'Retaliate' on Terrakion. Do I get the +60?
