This could actually be a very competitive and annoying deck. Your opponent might just scoop after not taking any prizes!

Pokemon: - 15
Starmie - 4
Staryu - 4
Unown E - 2
Unown G - 1
Uxie - 3
Uxie X - 1

Trainers/Supporters - 33
Buck's Training - 4
PlusPower - 4
Quick Ball - 4
Roseanne's Research - 4
Bebe's search - 4
Looker's Investigation - 2
Luxury Ball - 1
Broken Time Space - 4
Warp Point - 3
Night Maintenance - 1
Pokemon Rescue - 2

Energy - 12
Water Energy - 8
Rainbow Energy - 4

Strategy:
Ok hopefully go second and start with staryu. Drop BTS and then Starmie and star boomerang. As the game goes on and you have more plus powers, just attach to the new one and get them back. Uxie for draw acceleration and not a bad secondary attacker. So if you have a bucks and 4 plus powers in your hand, then you can be doing 80 for one and recycle the plus powers! Another idea is to throw in a few Crobat g's to add to the chaos. Share your thoughts!!!

You should play some Kooler's Investigation (That is cooler than Looker ) because then you can look into your opponents hand and shuffle his/her possible TGWs into his/her deck. TGW will ruin your strategy because it shuffles your PlusPowers into your deck.

That is a very good point. I'll have to try it. Maybe it might even be looker's countering another lookers. But the downside to that is that if have pretty much crud in their hand i don't want to shuffle my hand back in for sure, but i don't want to give them five new cards either....

9 times out of 10 when you play lookers, you either have no other supporters and your hand is bad, or you have a sweet hand and want to make sure they dont have that lv. x or premier ball or any counter card in their hand that could ruin yours.

There. replaced cynthia's w/ lookers. Anything else? And do you think it could actually be playable?

Why Rainbow over Multi?? I understand the concept, but if you happen to have a Staryu that has been hit by Crobat G and Palkia G, attachign the Rianbow could produce the KO for them... Here is a suggestion on the Trainers:

Trainers/Supporters - 35
4 Great Ball
4 Quick Ball
1 Luxury Ball
3 Pokeradar
4 Pokedex
3 Energy Search
2 Roseanne
4 Buck's Training
4 Broken Time Space
4 Plus Power
2 Night Maintenance

Energy 10
4 Multi
6 Water

Just a thought as this super thins the deck... gives you a quicker deck thin opportunity to setup the Starmie possible Turn 1 and keeps the recycling to a low... Nice idea adn might just try it on a more competitive base!

I played a deck like this at league a few times and I can say that 10 energy is WAY too much. 5 is a better number in my opinion. With the extra spaces I'd put some pokedexes, or some other non-supporter way to thin your deck. This is one of my favourite decks to play, because it's fun to count the veins in your opponent's neck.

Yeah its really frustrating to play against. I mean i'd be pretty ticked about not taking a single prize the whole game. It's dusknoir's worst nightmare!

You shouldn't Mulligan too often as 10 of the 15 are Basics....this is a pretty close count for many decks.. 10-12 Basics isn't uncommon.

I would runs some crobat gs since it has some nice extra damage and has free retreat when you pop your starmie!

I ran my deck with aerodactyl to help kill the poke powered opponent.

why not just run shuppet/jumpluff? it's a basic and it hits for same damage. you also don't need 2 in play to get it each turn (starmie scoop up means you have to have one on your bench to attack next turn)

I wouldn't run the Es, personally.
I'd also drop the Rainbows altogether, and drop 4 water for 4 multi.

I'd try tossing in more balls and 4 Pokedex.

Add in a Skuntank G.. doesn't Matter if you are poisoned as it returns to hand! Gives you built in Plus Power and can really irritate those Power Attackers!
