Seriously, the most leet card ever HAS to be the POP8 happiny!!!

But seriously, I think all this speculation is great, but something has to be said for the metagame once the cards actually come out.

Level max may just make AMU broken (hehehe).

I think teh best card in Pokemon has to be Bill. Draw 2 with no downsides, its amazing. And chaining into Bills was just teh best, and if you could combo it now you could do some Bill-Bill-Bill-Buck's Training-Bill action! (in theroy) Thats a good portion of your deck to go through and would almost guarentee a helpful set up.

Fortunately...for me... and unfortunately...for others... I feel that with this card coming out, the re-rise of g&g is coming out...OK maybe NOT exactly g&g but plox. I mean you shut them down with powers from the gardevoir, then no bodies because of this dialga.

Also it seems like the number one starter right now is Sableye.
And why not the first supporter of the game, and the possible DONK!
(Sure this sounds random, but my point is coming...)

To answer the original question, uxie is the best card in the format right now- if for no other reason
than almost every deck runs at least 1 of the card.
 
Agreed with John, a basic that allows you to draw cards immediately THEN it can level up and get you more?

I vote Basic Energy! Everyone uses it, it is a must in most every deck, and can be played and recycled!!
