OK, before a lot of people go ???? with respect to Metal Energy...
The following was true:
Metal reduced the damage done by a non-metal pokemon attacking with metal energy by 10.
Metal also defended the pokemon it was attached to by 10, no matter what the type.
So a Chansey attacking with Double Edge (80 to your opponent, 80 to yourself), with one metal attached would do 70 to the defending Pokemon (80-10) and 60 to itself (80-10-10)
Chansey with 2 metal attached would do 60 to the defending Pokemon (80-20) and 40 to itself (80-20-20)
Add in the Unknown N, which reduced attacks from a Normal type Pokemon, I believe by 20 (may have been 30), then when Chansey attacked with 2 metal attached it would do 60 to the defending Pokemon (80-20) and only 20 to itself (80-20-20-20)...which start to be VERY good for a 120 HP basic.
Igglybuff is there to SHUT DOWN Slowking. Turn off those powers so you can use trainers.
That is about it!
Chuck can give you more details...but that briefly explains PART of the deck!
