The Best X: A New Contest

Seeing contests like CaC and Top Design are becoming more popular, I have decided to start a contest called the Best X. Basically, It's a LV.X contest. Every round there will be different themes, examples being dark types, DP only pokemon, etc.
I want to try to have a minimum of 16 Participants, though I will tell you (seeing how many people sign up), when sign ups will be closed.
Rules be announced when the contest begins.

I also want 1 or 2 more Judges to help me when it comes time for deciding.

I have decided to stop taking entries on 11:59PM EST 12/30/08.
I will tell you that there will be at least one perliminary round (depending on how many entries), and then a single and or double elimination from there. I will need one person to PM as soon as possible to be a judge.
