Here are my next ideas! Also notice how Cait Sith’s Roselia is a counter to Sephiroth’s Roselia! Also, I hope Roulette isn't too broken and that Cait Sith's Ditto's Temporary Transformation is understandable.
Cait Sith’s Roselia
Pokémon card
{G}
60 HP
Basic Pokémon
Weakness: {R}
Resistance: {W} -30
Retreat cost: {C}{C}
PokéBODY: Lightest Impulse As long as Cait Sith’s Roselia is in play, whenever you play an Evolution card from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokémon, remove 2 damage counters from that Pokémon. You can’t use more than 1 Lightest Impulse Poké-Body each turn.
{G} Rose Counter If the Defending Pokémon is Sephiroth’s Roselia, this attack does 10 damage plus 20 more damage and the Defending Pokémon is now Confused. 10+
Sephiroth’s Misdreavus
Pokémon card
{P}
60 HP
Basic Pokémon
Weakness: {D}
Resistance: {F} -30
Retreat cost: {C}
{P} Super Psywave Choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. This attack does 10 damage times the number of Energy cards attached to it. Don't apply Weakness and Resistance.
{P}{P}{P} Roulette Flip a coin for 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon. Then, flip a coin for 1 of your Benched Pokémon. Either way, if heads, that Pokémon is now Knocked Out. Keep flipping coins this way until you get heads. Once you get heads, this attack ends.

PokéBODY: Dark Colors If there are 4 {D} Energy cards named Darkness Energy attached to Sephiroth’s Kecleon, Sephiroth’s Kecleon is all Pokémon types (colors).
