Strategy:
Your ideal start would be a Treecko and build up to a bare minimum of 2
Sceptile on the field (1 GE Sceptile on the bench and 1 AR Sceptile as the active). Energies should always be placed on the AR Sceptile, unless there are some dire situations. GE Sceptiles Poke' Body "Wild Growth" turns your Grass Energy to Double Grass to boost your AR Sceptiles attack, also helps with making retreat cost 1 less so you will be only getting rid of one. With the ideal set up in hand you will be placing at maximum of 3 energies on your active Sceptile, with GE Sceptile on the bench it will be boosting your energies to Double Grass and you will be hitting for 120 per Leaf Blast (+ Expert Belt is 140). With AR Sceptile Poke' Body " Green Breath", previous damage from the attacker will be healed by 2 damage counters when attaching a Grass Energy. Basically you will be hitting like a truck and healing a good portion of your damage

Techs:

Azelf- A massive supporter when your most valuable GE Sceptile is prized, or any other Pokemon that are needed.

Tropius- Tropius gives you a startling advantage to heal your damaged Sceptile to full health. With the help of GE Sceptiles Poke' Body Wild Growth it will only take 1 Grass Energy to do Tropiuses godly "Blessed Fruit" which allows you to remove all damage from one of your Grass Benched Pokemon! I found this guy to be a essential in this deck after my plays.

Alternative Attackers/Techs:

Attackers:
3 AR Sceptile (Dual Cut)- At the time of testing I decided to give this Sceptile a chance. His main attack Dual Cut has a potential of 0-70-140 damage (with expert belt 0-90-160) I liked the risk of possibly 1 shotting a Flygon X and Salamance X with one swing, but seeing how it's a flip based attack its not as reliable as his brother Sceptile.

Techs:
1-1 Shaymin lvl X "Thankfulness"-
If you don't find Tropius a suitable tech you can try a 1-1 Shaymin with "Thankfulness" it gives 40+ to all Grass type pokemon (excluding Shaymin) It makes Sceptiles survivability much longer.

Match Ups:

Flygon/Nidoqueen [60-40]: My meta is notorious with Flygon related decks, this one is the most popular. With the ability to tank and heal Flygon + all their pokemon it can get pretty obnoxious and painful to play. Depending on how fast everyone is evolving Sceptile will have the upper advantage due to him being able to attack even with one Grass Energy and with heals. Once you are set with one Sceptile it should be easy to plow through their Flygon, once that happens setting up another Flygon will be difficult and a slow for them.

Dusknoir Tech [50-50]:
If they teched in a pesky Dusknoir you are going to have to play more carefully. Being able to punish you for having a filled bench is devastating against GE Sceptile. IF you play smart you can get around it, if not you are going to be set back badly.

Kingdra: [60-40]:

Kingdra never dies in my meta, someone is always playing one. If they have their god set up and go turn two you should pretty much submit. But if you got a way to get Sceptile out fast you can give it a good show. With having -20 Resistance to Water Types, it makes it easier to survive their attacks and makes their expert belt extra attack power nullified. If they can't get going on their set up you can plow through one Kingdra after another.

Shuppet Donk: [50-50] Dealing with set up it's the same as Kingdra, if it's a good hand they have and they are going turn two you can say bye bye to Treecko. The real advantage you have against such a deck would Treecko's "Call for Friends" which allows you to search for more basic Pokemon. If you can't get set up by at least turn two of three then you will be struggling greatly, if you do get your Sceptiles out then you can easily stand a chance against them with applying slow building but moderate damage and healing yourself in the process. Once your Sceptiles are built its going to be one KO after KO.

(More Match Ups to come)

Stellar list, looks consistent. You might want to run a third expert belt so you can get it out quicker and more consistently. I run a dialgalock dck with very similar drawpower and sometimes find it hard to get it. Techs should include a 1-0-1 nidoqueen or a 1-1 shaymin lvx land form to increase hp and heal.

Nidoqueen sounds like a good tech idea, but it strays away from the consistency of the deck. Shaymin on the other hand sounds like a reasonable tech to be added into this, I like the whole 40+ extra health for Sceptile.
