I put a Celebi legit up for trade for a Mew level9 and under. I got the mew, but i couldn't trade it for any of the ones asking for Mew level 9 and under. It said in it's info it arrived at level 30 i think. But it was a level 1. I eventually just released it cause i couldn't do anything with it.
