Would anyone know when and where i would be able to get the undaunted prerelease sleeves in the UK? Also, how much they would cost?

Go to a prerelease and get them when you play the tourney. No extra cost. It is an exclusive item given out to participants @ PRs.

Go here http://www.pokemon.com/us/organized-play/events/ and type in your info to find the Nearest Prerelease Tourney Near you. This Tournament will give you a Promo card, the sleeves and 8 Packs of the new set for a Fair Price. For me it's $25 to play and you get to keep the cards and sleeves.
