Since I got this new modem yesterday, I haven't been able to log on to PTCGO without that message showing up. I'm fairly certain it's something to do with the modem since last time I checked the forums, a thread was started where someone had a similar problem. Their solution was to readjust the firewall settings. I did and made sure that my firewall allowed access to PTCGO (I have Norton), but it's still not working. To make matters worse, I can't even login to the forums thus I can't respond to (or even view) that thread.
