Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

the top 3 decks (at worlds)

It's Ray ex Delta. I have spoken with Rob about the deck several times. He says that he's fine with people mistaking the deck for Destiny, but he has always and will always call the deck Ray ex Delta. The deck that he beat me with was essentially Ray ex Delta, 3 TecH Basics, ~20 Energy, and the rest Trainers. It's about the closest thing that you can come to a modern-day InSaNiTy.

The hype over Infernape didn't stop Jaeger from running Scizor ex and becoming the runner-up US National Champion. There were Metanites there, but they couldn't take the heat (does it).

He didn't play a SINGLE Infernape deck.....If he did...he would of gotten pwned!!!

Goes to show how luck based this game is. Not saying he's a bad player, but you're right if he played ONE infernape he would have lost. He was willing to take that risk for some reason but congrats to him, I hope he chooses a better deck for worlds though lol

I really don't think Infernape will be big, considering how INCREDIBLY hyped it is. People expect it and will tech (or try to tech) to beat it.

How to figure out what deck will win...

Go see Eric Craig...if he is not winning with the deck, then someone is!

ape... lol

Its an overhyped card in an overhyped deck. There are 29374932874893274 other things that does what it does, but better =\
