For those who can take a joke here's a card that came out of my wierd little mind.

Michael Vick's Houndoom LV. 45 HP 110:fire::darkness:
Stage1 evolves from Houndour

Micheal Vick's Rule: If a pokemon with "Micheal Vick" in their name is knocked out, your opponent takes 3 prize cards.

body: Dogfighter's Spirit
As long as Micheal Vick's Houndoom is your active pokemon, increase this card's attack and HP by 10for each prize your prize cards remaining.

Unless this attack Knocks Out the defending pokemon, you can't use this attack during your next turn if your opponent retreats the defending pokemon.

Dogfighting Spirit should work when it is Benched.

It evolves from a regular Houndour? What did Vick do, steal an innocent Houndour and evolve it?

First the Poke-body wouldn't make sense if he is on the bench
and second he bought it.

But what if it gets sniped while on the Bench? It would loose HP by retreating.

the Poke-Body is called Dogfighter's Spirit. It can't be a fighter or have spirit on the bench. Also, if it can't perform to the point that it should be benched, then it should be knocked out. Remember, Vick and associates allegedly killed the dogs that didn't perform well, hence the drop in HP.
