[1] Strategy
Use Call Energy to start setting up. Try to get out Luxray turn two to start the KO fest.

Luxray: The main attacker of the deck.

Rayquaza: Speed Gain retreives energies from the discard pile. Use Energy Switch to move energies from Rayquaza to Luxray when necessary. I only attack with this when something is not in KO range with Luxray.

Metagross: If there's a threat on the bench, or just something in KO range with Luxray, bring it up with Magnetic Reversal. Even if theres a LV.X that my opponent has active, force your opponent to switch so you can keep doing 50+ damage with Luxray.

Claydol: Does this need an explanation? :nonono:

Unown V: If there's ever a time I can't attack, use Vacation to heal 20 from each of my Pokemon. I'm considering something to replace this.

I like the unoun Idea but Rotom and mime could be more useful. It really depends on your area. If there are more qucik attakers that don't use a lot of eneryg then play mime. If there is more spread then play unoun. If you arn't sure then fall back on rotom.

What about
-1 Luxio
+1 Pluspower/Buck's
it can help take care of Magnezone x even when it has 2 SP. metal on it
