This here is just a quick list of an idea in mind. I know of many other options and possibilities but until Dragons Exalted is completely revealed I'm thinking on starting out with just this for now. Let me know what you think!

The main strategy I'm thinking about here is to just keep sniping and spreading damage as quick and as much as possible. Stunfisk is in there for my Darkrai and such counter. Only put 1 copy in because my main focus is the heavy damage out put. Eviolite, Max Potion, SSU to keep EX's alive as long as possible. Skyarrow Bridge is there for Raikou but may take them out for more switch instead for Mr. Regis.
 
I like it. It's original, creative, and it just might work. If I may suggest:

-3 Emolga

+2 Switch
+1 Level Ball

For better consistency and denies your opponent a free Prize from Emolga. And if Registeel or something is Catcher'd more Switch definitely helps.

You cant play 1 switch in BW-on, especially when your playing 4 juniper, might as well put in another energy
 
Alright, cool. That is true. Had the Emolga in there to get the basics out but between the draw power, level and ultra balls I should be able to get setup comfortably enough.

Haven't done any test runs with it yet but will do this weekend at league. Let you guys know how it pans out.

Might wanna try a 3-2 split of Regi-Raikou. Just use Regi to spread spread spread, then finish up with Raikou. That could allow you to drop a couple of lightning for DCE to speed up Regi without relying on the early Eel setup.
