I have a ruling consideration for the Compendium. I need a ruling on if the same concept that applices to Professor Juniper/Professor Sycamore, will also apply to Tierno and Cheren. Or does it not? can you have both in the deck?
Pokemon never made a statement that they are to be treated like the Professor cards, so both can be played as long as they are both legal in the format.
