that deck i gonna build after majestic dawn and it gonna kill GG and mag

Mag counter is for sure gyrados with unown power for the fast knock out and is good cobination with mismaguis first attck too!!

is dusknoir a tech or for wersus GG cause it says place damage counters so weakness wouldnt apply to GG

Scramble dosen't really work with Gyarados.
 
but scramble works with mismagius and dudknoir (if its my only choice) dusknoir is a tech and also a good attacker and good for people who play with garchomp lv.x!

Ohh I am sorry but I am pretty sure that it is. First of enrage does 80. Sure there is the possibility that it will be confused, but run in the correct deck, you are fine. Second you get to discard your opponents hand for each heads. Best of all though his power allows you to use attacks from his previous stage and it adds 30 damage.
If your opponent does say 100 damage to gyarados for ONE ENERGY it can do 130!!! that is pretty good to me. At regionals a deck called arithmetic did pretty well with Gyarados in it. It won a regionals and took second at one. G&G won 11 of the 15 but that is another story. All I am saying is don't say such a great card is that horrible.

Okay I like your concept but you do need some work here:
First for the energy I would say if you run WP at least run 3 I personally would run 4.
Then you do need to put in 4 Double Rainbows. They are great for Gyrados and any of your other attacking Pokemon. Also up the Scrambles to 3
As for no Water energy that is almost key for Gyrados, just because if it ends up that you are low on hp and they lv x with Gardevoir then they can Bringdown you, but if you have the water then they can't just a thought I would run like 2-3 water.
Run 4 Bebe's instead of Celio's in this deck, if you are trying to counter G&G you will want to disrupt it as much as possible.
Try 2 Rare candies and drop the Dusknoir like to 2-1-2. I know it is wierd, but Dusknoir is a great counter for whatever I understand. Just the threat of it actually being in a deck is great. His power is awesome and late game his attack is great as well. But in order to use the effect well, you do need to have the Dre's. take out the Dusk Balls.
If you aren't running the Ball engine then they really aren't needed.

I am pretty sure you will see a dramatic difference in this deck, and how it plays. It is a good idea keep working on it and see what it does. I believe that this is 60 cards so enjoy. Good Luck!!

As one of the people that tested and used Arithmetic for and at Regionals, I agree with you %100 about Gyaradose being an amazeing card.

My brother ran it for regionals and he took second lol. I ran something like it without the Cressilia line. But it didn't do as hot. It was to slow because I actually didn't have Claydol either, it was okay but no draw power consistency means not that great of a deck...:(

Aerodytle (SP?) MD could be a fairly cute tech in this deck, both to prevent Garde/Claydol from harassing you, as well as having old amber serve as a placeholder for damage counters. Its rather unpleasent to have benched.Not to mention, being colorless, it squeezes into any deck, as well as servers a somewhat useful Garchomp Counter.

Slowking GE could also be useful, as Gyrados may suffer a knockout when it comes up, slowking would allow you to retreave a DRE or other setup card to keep this deck moving. Suffering Ko's for this deck isn't terrible either, as it activates both scramble and feeds dusknoir.

On another note, scamble with garados is actually better than you'd think, because it still provides colorless, it can contribute to both flail and enrage.
 
These are purely tech lines, I myself can't figure out what to take out for them, but if something your doing seems to slow the deck down, they are ideas to give the deck extra options.

Too many energy, play er2 with cg dusclops gallade has to flip 3 prizes to ko u. Duskull SW because you only play 2 rare candy that way you can get dusknoir out in two turns. Play 4 rosseane's you have no starter.
