I need some tips on pokemon moves:
Kyogre Lv 100
Hold item: mystic water
-Water Spout
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Sheer Cold

Rayquaza Lv 100
Hold Item: Mental Herb
-Fly
-Hyper Beam
-Dragon Claw
-Fireblast

Mettagross Lv 78
Hold Item:Amulet Coin
-Psychic
-Hidden Power(Psychic)
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake

Salamence Lv 72
Hold Item: Shell Bell
-Dragonbreath
-Crunch
-Fly
-Flamethrower

Milotic Lv 84
Hold Item:Mystic Water
-Hydro Pump
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Blizzard

Sceptile Lv 66
Hold Item:Miracle Seed
-Leaf Blade
-Bullet Seed
-Dragon Claw
-Solarbeam
 
A bit of advice, unless it's absolutely required, never teach pokemon the two moves of the same type. it limits their capabilities. But don't let me stop you if you like theese moves, i'm just saying what I've heard and learned.
 
a few problems with that
  1. You can try if you want, but i don't think that I can be PMed
  2. I seriously doubt that you live anywhere near PA,but if you do, that's awesome
but on a happier note, I'm glad to see others out there appreciate the water type!:biggrin:
But, back to business, do you have any other attack ideas?

Kinda hard not to when they make up 1/3rd of the freaking Pokedex pretty much
 
get milotic off of your team, you already have a water pokemon, get an electric pokemon instead.
all of your moves are ok, just change metagrosses hidden power to toxic and you are set
