Hey guys,

I wanted to restart Pokemon the other day, after a small pause, but unfortunately I have solled all my cards. I was wondering why should I buy? (Like which box)

Also, I stopped at Platinium. Anything I should know about the new sets?
 
To start, get a Platinum (original) box. It introduces the whole "SP" concept of today's format, so there are a lot of staples for those types of deck. Also, you can get a pretty good number of Stage 1s with decent attacks/powers/bodies. The rares/Lv. Xs are good also.
 
a box of platnium and rising rivals should give you a good jump. claydol and uxie are also league promos.
