Torkoal's Poke-Body reads: "As long as Torkoal is your Active Pokemon, prevent all effects, including damage, done to your Benched Pokemon by your opponent's attack."
If he is knocked out by an attack that does additional damage to benched Pokemon does the damage go through to the benched pokemon?
Example: My opponent uses Regigas "Gigaton Punch" (flips a coin and gets head) This attack does 60 +20 damage and does 20 damaged to 1 of the opponent's Benched Pokemon... If Torkoal is knocked out by this attack will the damage go through to the benched pokemon or does he still prevent the damage to the benched pokemon for that turn?
