BW-on Tornadus/Landorus/Lugia

Hey I have recently been testing out this deck and I call it the storm, because it consists of Landorus/Tornadus/Team Plasma cards, and I like it, but I feel like its lacking its full potential. Thanks Once again guys :')

Strategy- Softon guys up with Landorus and Tornadus and then get a surprise Lugia to get lots of Knockouts using cards like Scramble Switch.

Try to add some non EX pokes, auto loss to Sigyliph or Plasma Klinklang.

Sadly, I see a few issues with this deck.

1) No energy acceleration. I run a deck like this and its incredibly slow.
2) Colress Machine is dead weight most of the time.
3) Running 1 Lugia means if its prized you will have 6 dead cards in your deck (technically 3 but your energies will be weak)
4) No non EX's for Klinklang.

Lugia is good in a specific deck, but in lando/tornadus it just cant work.

3 different cheap hitters is really good but probably go to 2 lugia so that colress machine and the energy arent dead draws. I like only having 1-2 mewtwos for blastoise keldeo. And maybe do comp search over scramble switch cuz you'll need that good start
