I'm just curious, but did POP ever release any statements/tournament rulings on video recording someone's tournament matches. (see example below)
Let's say my parents wanted to video record all my matches from a tournament. They have no intention to broadcast it to a TV station or put it on a website or anything like that. They just want to video record it for personal use.
Would an example like that be allowed at any tournament?
