Scenario:
A competitive tournament will end up having 8 Masters play in the playoffs. Before the final round of swiss (or none tournament play), is it legal for all 8 players to agree to a draw to ensure that everyone gets into the finals? Essentially they are playing the tie breakers to prevent other player who actually have to win their matches to get into the finals from being eligible for the finals. If so, is this an ethical strategy allowed by pokemon tcg?
