Town Map + Rotom

With the old Durant Mill archetype deck, it was recommended to have
Rotom:

in case there was a Durant in your prizes.

I have Town Map now:

I'm wondering, can I not use Town Map in substitution of Alph Litograph 4 because of that two words: FACE DOWN.
Rotom says that I can switch a prize card with top card of my deck but face down, and town map makes them face up.

Go by what the card says - Rotom cannot retrieve face-up cards from your prizes.

Oh, and due to effects like this, Alph Lithograph 4 is strictly superior to Town Map. If you're playing in a format where both are allowed, use the former over the latter in every case.
