Toxic Gas VS Time Crystal

Muk wins.
It shuts off all Pokemon Powers, which include Poke-Bodies.
Dialga G only shuts off Poke-Bodies, which Toxic Gas is not. So, Toxic Gas is not shut down and Time Crystal then would be shut off.
