Believe it or not, this is a pretty effective deck. The ideal play is to start with Mewtwo, load it up, and go Rambo on everything. If they counter with a Mewtwo or Deoxys of their own, Toxicroak can counter attack.
Virbank is there to make poison jab a formidable attack, (virbank also justifies the lasers).
Bouffalant is never a bad attacker either and can be powered up with both
EXP share and energy switch which conserve energy and allow for some surprise attacks.
Bicycle is a personal favorite of mine since it lets you run more skyla without it being a bad top deck.
The end result; an easy set up for a constant barrage of cheap, fast, and hard hitting attacks.
