Q. If I have fewer than 5 total Pokémon and basic energy cards in my discard pile, can I use Town Volunteers to shuffle them into my deck, or must I shuffle in exactly 5?
This question comes up a lot, and even though a WotC ruling exists, I'd like a confirmation from PUI.
