training for speed and attack....who can i fight

I was wondering if there were any pkmn in Diamond or any trainers that i can keep battling that have pokemon that specialize in attack and speed, weavile would work or tauros.....anyone know of site or guide that would be helpful?

Trainers: Fisherman Andrew on Rt.205 2nd from the right. 6 Magikarp. Total of 6 Spd

I personally use Fisherman Alec on Rt. 222. 2 Gyarados Total of 4 atk IVs. and right on the right side is a Rich Boy Trey with a Luxio. (1 Attack) + Money boost.

On Route 210 (Fog Area) - Double Team Zac and Jen w/ Lvl 27 Gyarados and Lvl 27 Raichu (2 atk and 3 speed)

The 2 Gyarados is a total of 4 attack EV's, not IV's. Also, that site name is censored because it has rude and cruel members, it's not "Family Friendly" and kids on this site can wonder off to that unfriendly site if uncensored.
 
Speed- the first route against starlu just flee from the bidoff which gives HP.
Victory road, surf. you'll only encounter golbats.

ATK- lake in first city. fish with super rod. only gyrados and seaking which both give 2 atk.

I thought it was Cradaunt and Corphish...not Seaking. Also, don't just say "some city" give exact locations or you're not helping..at all.

I guess everyone knows where are the first city and the first route. I didn't say something like the 5th city, which not a lot of people know which one it is.
