@Cali:
I don't think it makes sense to tell people to stop being so ignorant by believing critics, but then cite box office records to prove your point. I also don't appreciate you calling me names.
Aside from that...the racism goes deeper than Mudflap and Skids, and if "it was a black VA" is an adequate excuse for you I don't think we're operating on the same level.
Anyway, like I said, I'll see it eventually but I don't expect to enjoy it. Who knows, though, maybe I'll be blown away.
Is anyone here excited for G.I. JOE? Not to go off on a tangent, but, in my opinion, the G.I. JOE trailer makes TRANSFORMERS look like NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN. I wasn't really into G.I. Joe outside of a few comics, though.
I enjoyed STAR TREK & UP, very much disliked WOLVERINE & TERMINATOR, and I think I'm most looking forward to HARRY POTTER & 500 DAYS OF SUMMER this year. It seems to be a good Summer for movies, but I think its kind of getting overshadowed by last year when we had THE DARK KNIGHT, IRON MAN, etc.
Ha, anyway, enough rambling. Movies!
