Traval award code question

I got 1st at may nationals in portugal.

After that they gave me some papers of the schoolarship and the trip. And on a document that says winner checklist it says for me to register within http://travel.pokemon.com with a travel award code that supposedly was on the checklist but i can't find it anywhere.

So me question is, how do i obtain the code?

It was like this for me last year too.
The organizer did forget the winners code at home so i asked him and he sent it later.
So ask you organizer.
