1. tyranatar d and mantine d
mantine puts an energy on top of your deck, t tar crush draws it on your pokemon
2. altaria ex d
atatch additional energy from your hand to ur stage two
t tar essentially needs energy acceleration to work well
those are the two best ways to do it
i recomend you play #2 over #1, as it is less cumbersome to work with and set up

The TTar deck in the forum is straight TTar, with fossilstall support. What Houndoom?
TTar/Houndoom still has a glaring Latilock weak.
Thats just a starting point. You modify it to your metagame. If you are so freaked out about Latilock then the deck is not the right play. James can play it straight because no one in his region plays latilock or anything detrimental to it.
Nik wants suggestions for Ttar so he should look at that thread and read the comments(not the ridicules) about additions and techs for it. No deck can simply be good against anything at anytime.

I think that anyway of speeding it up is a good strategy to do with it. (.Y.)
