Yea! Since ttar aint allowed to use evolite we got rocky helemet and I think that would help alot because very little pokemon can OHKO tyranitar yea good idea dood

Goods are the same as tools.

Rocky Helmet - Trainer

When the Pokemon that this card is attached to is your Active Pokemon and receives damage from an opponent's Pokemon's attack, place 2 damage counters on the Pokemon that used the attack.

I think that the next two sets ( Emerging powers and red collection/psyco drive and hailblizzard) that come out in america will have in impact drastically. I think that T-tar will truly be able to dominate afterwards.

A problem is your opponent can catcher up benched unloaded T tars. So unless your build focuses on Darkness Howl, you can't succeed.

Which is why it should focus on Darkness Howl. And I'd just go ahead and equip all my main attackers in play with a Rocky Helmet.

Indeed. But, as they're bringing back Pokemon Tool Cards, they might also decide to bring back Department Store Girl.
