Well, I see your point and all, but I like pokemon with lots of HP and the bottom halves look ugly except for lugia

maybe -1 lugia top +1 Lugia bottom?

Oh you forgot to put mewtwos in the deck. Sooo Take out lugia cause he's ugly and take out 3 other ugly cards and put in 4 mewtwo. I prefer mewtwo to stall when my opponent has a mewtwo sweeping with 5 energys.

I like this deck, but it needs some Pre-release Raichu. I find it helps against mirror. Your opponent will be so busy trying to trade for it, that you can take all six prizes in six turns.
