the city championship info for the scottish city championship II is incorrect (that's the deoxys prerelease :frown: ). we may be having one on 27th Feb in afternoon at Burger King in Falkirk, i need to check with Chalkey. He's running at least one more city and a state in April at the earliest. we want as many to go to nationals as possible.

According to the tournament locator there's a London CC on the 12th Feb (next Saturday).

and a last chance to get you Pikachu bag CC on the 2nd April in Crawley will confirm when it is finalised

Scottish CC now on 27th at Lion and Dragon Pub in Denny. registration 2pm, tourney starts 2.30pm. Full info is on the Scottish City Championship II topic.

<EDIT> Here is the full info, quoted from the topic.

The 2nd Scottish City Championships are going to be held NEXT WEEKEND (27th Feb) at the Lion and Dragon Pub in Denny. The address is:

Lion and Dragon Pub
3-5 Church Walk
Denny
FK6 6DF

so if you need directions, look on the AA website or something.

Registration starts at 2pm and the tournament starts at 2.30pm. There is likely to be around five 30-min matches, so it should be finishing around 5pm. Entry fee is £5, or you can double your payment and gain double prizes, no matter which place you come in!

Hope to see you there. Later.

Now I think about it I'm not sure if it would even have been sanctioned which pressumably means I don't have my place at nationals. I'm not sure why there weren't many players there but at least I won, this is what counts (the medal never lies!)

Plus pretty much all the all the other players were 15+ and I won every round =/

And the very last mop up CC in the UK...

Saturday 2nd April 2005 - Crawley City Championship II:

Venue:

St Edward the Confessor Social Club
Hillcrest close
Pound Hill
Crawley
west sussex

Doors open: 10:00am
start:10:45am

Entrance fee: £5

possibly not quite the last. info on chalkey's 3rd (that's right, 3rd) city is up on the international board.
I have an odd feeling he may be overdoing it a little. if no-one new attends, everyone currently in his league is off to the nationals. we're also holding another city after this one and a state. i think scotland will be fairly represented this year...

Please note there have been updates and date changes for some CC's I urge you all to check here for details, I would also ask UK TO's to help keep one refernce point for players and to post here.

Thanks
