the part i want to get clarity on is the part that says " Put 4 damage counters instead of 1 on that Pokémon between turns." so if Crobat is on the bench and i use Hypnotoxic Laser (htl) will the poison from htl be 40 instead of 10? the reason i ask is because the Period in the middle of the attack "The Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned. Put 4 damage counters instead of 1 on that Pokémon between turns. "

Garitina pls is active i have virbank in play crobat is on the bench. i play HTL to poison opponents active Garitina attacks for 100. turn ends. the in between Crobats second part of its attack kicks in so the poison from HTL is now 40. virbank kicks in for and extra 20 so on the in-between it does 60, so you just did 160 before their turn.

The "Put 4 damage counters instead of 1 on that Pokémon between turns." refers only to the Poison caused by Ultra Toxic Fang. You would actually have to use Ultra Toxic Fang for it to do 4 damage counters between turns. Additionally, if you Poisoned that same Pokemon again with something other than Ultra Toxic Fang (like Hypnotoxic Laser), it would overwrite Crobat's Poison and only do 1 counter per turn.
