...I was wondering if this seems like a good deck
idea? Cause I dont go to alot of tournaments
but, the ones that I do go to I would like
to have a well rounded deck that is decent
against all the ones out at the moment.
The only deck that comes to my mind would
be Torterra:grass:, healing and all, this doesnt
like that. Any other decks or thaughts are
greatly apreciated.

4-4 Frosslass
2-2 Bronzong
2 Spiritomb
2-2 Claydol

and a basic trainer line I think
is good?

4 multi
7 water
4 phsycic

I have not played many Froslass decks, but i can give you a few suggestions.

First, if you are going to play 4 multi energy then you don't really need to have the
four psychic energy....since froslass in your main fighter?

Um trainers...

Bebe's Search
Roseanne's Research
Cynthia's Feelings
Warp Point
Night Maintenance
...others....

Maybe try a Cresselia lv X (if you can get one)

I can help with decks...anything u have seen that you might want to build?

It depends on the strategy of the deck.

But if you are going against a burning deck (or any deck the uses special conditions)
I would put in an Unknown G. I use them very often in my decks.

This is what I used:

4-4 Froslass
3-3 Bronzong MD (great against AMU)
2-2 Claydol
1 Spiritomb

Usual Trainers (Bebe's, Roseanne, draw, Warp Point, NM)
2 TM TS-2 (spread and devolve is a good strategy)
3 Super Scoop Up (re-use Spiritomb and prize denial)

4 Call (none of the Basics in the deck are good starts. At least with Call, you can get set up)
7 Water
3 Psychic (you hardly ever use Destiny Bond)

It's a good deck and has decent match-ups against everything except Magnezone (which is almost an autoloss).

Well if you are playing a Torterra/Sceptile deck then use "Pain amplifier" to try and take
down Sceptile. (or use Cresselia x if you can get one) That make Torterra slower at least...

I have no idea what you would tech against Leafeon.

Also put in a stadium so the grass & water decks don't get to use the healing power
from dawn's Stadium.

I would tech in 1-1 or even 2-2 Starmie for Grass instead of something with Fire type, because most if not all of the competitive Grass decks you play are going to be relying on either Sceptile or Leafeon lv. X to give speed to their main attackers (such as Torterra or Tangrowth) and Starmie can hit them both for 50 with one energy, taking them out of the game in a handful of turns. Without Sceptile, DP Torterra is especially slow. TM TS 2 is another tool against Sceptile as well as Torterra due to the fact that most players will rely on Rare Candy to get those Pokemon into play. It's also a great tech to have in any sort of spread deck because it can get you KOs through deevolution.

If you're up against a deck that actually utilizes Leafeon lv. X as a main attacker, it's going to be more difficult because with resistance and Leaf Guard, it can prevent all of Icy Breath's damage (done to it) plus it won't have a hard time doing 90 to you either. I'd just focus on using Bronzong + Spiritomb drops against it (and I would up your Bronzong line to 3-3 by the way) and try to take it out that way. Warping it to the bench and hitting it for 50 with Starmie while it is there is another option (hitting it while active won't do anything because then the resistance still applies and unfortunately Starmie is a water type).
