7-0 vs a 4-3

i can confirm that a 4-3 lost to a 7-0, it would be 4-4 and 8-0 respectively.

and im friends with that 4-3 personally.

They did that because it was Top32 and the Highest seed (7-0) faced the lowest seed (4-3) and the Highest seed won and they updated their records.

Good job and good luck to Zachary Mirman. I know you can do it.

Also, does anyone know who all the girls are in the T16s for each age group?

Does anyone have any info on what is going on in Junior's top 16? My son is Taren R. helost in the first round but the mini site has him as winning. I assume that is a mistake or did something happen we should know about?
We caught that this morning and fixed it. Taren was marked as the winner on the match slip.

my bet it will use Fleicity's in combination with Regice or something to discard stuff fast. Floatzel GL LV.X would make Gyarados even more a beast as it comes back each time with ease.

how does gyarados work?

In general, 3 Magikarp are discarded via Regice or Volkner's/Felicity's while the 4th remains in play and quickly becomes a Gyarados, potentially on turn 1 via Broken Time Space. That Gyarados is then able to attack for 90 (30 for each discarded Magikarp) for 0 energy.

I am not sure what this particular player's list was, but in general, this deck only runs Call as its energy due to the free attack, and it uses Floatzel GL lv. X and/or SF Combee to keep a Gyarados planted in the active position at all times. Super Scoop Up, PlusPower, and numerous Ball trainers are also staples. Pokeblower/Pokedrawer/Pokehealer may also be run (there is a lot of room for trainers here due to the extremely minimal energy and lack of a stage 2 line). Techs like Skuntank G may also be included.
